I have a used, but in great condition Dana 60 steering arm block with the puck and studs. It adds 2.5" I think. How about $35.00 shipped in a flat rate box.

YES, without it there will not be tension on the upper king pin spring and the knuckle will be loose.

i guess i should have read up more about using the block..the puck looks like its the same height as the block..what about the thickness of the arm itself? also, i guess i need to get this 1 from you as i need studs & puck..do u take paypal?

that fine..i'm glad this came thru before i did my crossover or i'd broke something...i have been lookig thru the threads & still don't find mention of center block, but hardly anybody is lifting more than 8'' on this site

This isn't for crossover, is that what you think this is for? This is for the drivers side, standard push/pull steering. It just raises the arm.

ooooo..ok.....i did think it was for crossover...wouldn't the liftblock & puck work on either side tho? i looked at my block & it doesn't use the center block, its only machined 1 1/2'' deep on 1 side w/the center drilled thru for grease passage. i could use this to put my d60 in now, and keep pieceing together my crossover...i kinda like the sound of that!

i bought a 79 f350 w/hpd60 a few weeks ago. i bought it site unseen(sorta), so i haven't seen it in person. i had my uncle go take a few pics & verify it has hpd60 & then i bought it. its a running & driving truck & my plans are a simple 5-6 inch lift & 38's. i wonder if this would work on that ford frontend. just curious..if not i'm sure someone else could use this. i actually have a friend who has been looking at dropped draglinks, but they are a 4'' drop($250) & he only needs @ 2''. this is probally just what he needs & alot cheaper than the draglink.
