You should be able to get those new at your local Pep Girls.
None of my local parts stores have them but I did get lucky and score at the local Pull A Part today. It was just a gamble to make the hour long drive over there but I lucked out and found 2 trucks with D60 rears. One even had new brake shoes and freshly turned (maybe new) drums. So I took everything except the backing plates themselves. So I'm set now.

why didn't you just buy a new hardware kit? it should have been in there and are typically less than 10$.
None of the stores had them in stock, and most only come with the springs that I looked at. I did order the kit but I doubt it will be in there. However I just got all those parts for free with the brake parts I found at Pull A Part. I picked up nearly new drums and shoes for less than $30 (over $350 in new parts).
