Is the pumpkin spring pad level to the ground? I.e, when I place the angle finder on the pad, it says 0 deg, right? I've been measuring radius arms on 'Burban axle, and I was just about the weld arm mounts on place when it came to my mind that I should check this little thing before going any further.
