...where can I obtain them...by Wednesday.

I have a pair but they are much too long. Installed, the threads for the nut don't start until 3.25" above the perch. My spring pack is 1.75" thick. :doah:

My center pins were also too long, but I have that part handled. I was going to install the D60 today, but that blasted Murphy and his Law struck again. :o

Now I need to get new studs by Wednesday so I can install the axle before a wheeling trip on the 17th.

Not a bad idea. I'll see if I can scare up some bolts. I'd much rather use studs, but to get me by for a while bolts would be fine.

Of course I realized the problem after I installed the studs.... with loctite red. :doah:

Sheared off both studs (brand new) at different times within a year of installing the D60. Switched to plain ol' grade 8 bolts and no issues in the last 4-5 years.

Offroad Connections in Gardendale Al, has a sweet ubolt kit. the studs kept stripping the threads out or completely shearing off on mine. So I eliminated the problem with the ubolt kit. Been holding just fine. Ask for Kieth and told them Stephen sent you his way. Nice guy if you want to go with that option.

I picked up some 5/8x1.75" coarse thread bolts today. I should be all set now.

6.2Blazer, curious that studs would fail and not bolts. It should be the other way around (assuming same grade etc.). :dunno:

I will admit, When I talked to him about it I was skeptical about cutting the webbing myself..... But after tearing the threads completely out of the housing and shearing the bolts off the second time I was about to drill and tap for 3/4" studs and didn't like the amount of metal or lack there of on the housing so I began to call around... 80% of the buggies running Gray Rock are running this setup... Hasn't loosened or gave at all..

I bought a u-bolt kit from one of the big companies (maybe Superlift) with the nice coated u-bolts (never any issues) and studs. The studs were coarse thread on one end for the housing and fine thread on the other so they could use the same nuts as the u-bolts. I put a breaker on them before almost every ride and they were always tight. One ride I sheared off one of the studs. Fished it out and replaced with a bolt. A couple of rides later the other stud sheared off. The second failure could have been indirectly caused during the first issue where it just weakened the stud??? The failures occurred probably within a year of installing the D60.

Called up ORD and talked to Stephen to see what he had in the way of studs but he recommened just buying the bolts. I've had the same bolts now for years now, and the truck gets used harder and has bigger tires now. Maybe it was all a fluke, but I'm not about to change anything now.
