Rebuilt the kingpins cannot get the steering arm back on. The rear studs won't line up with the holes on the knuckle.

You must have bent the studs then. The bolt hole spacing is the same on the front and back.

I just did this. I had the problem. after I replaced the upper spring and bushing, I could not get the holes to line up. After a few minutes of frustration and a couple hits on my beer, I unlocked the steering wheel and was able to move the arm to line things up. this will hopefully be the same case with you.

Yea the studs are bent. Hard to see with your eye , but just enough to not let the arm get over them. I had to beat the hell out of the arm to get it off , that's when they got bent. So I went to buy some new ones today, did not know that was impossible . Every parts store does not have anything. Went to local Chevy dealer , has to order out of Canada 2-3 week delivery time. So I went to 4wdfactory.com and ordered some for crossover arm , hope that works.

hes probably got some on the shelf, did you call greg? hes right there in hutto off the toll road.
