I've searched for an hour and can't find what I need.
On my 82 K5, I swapped the 10 blt front for a Dana 60. I bought a tie rod from WFO Concepts and I was told for the drivers side to use the ES2233L end, the one with the tapered hole for hooking up the steering stabilizer.
The problem is that since the 60 has the tie rod mounted from the top it puts the tapered hole in the rod end in the wrong direction so I can't hook up the steering stabilizer.
Can I just drill out this hole in the tie rod end? If so, do I have to worry about replacing the tapered stud that mounts the stabilizer?
