Dana 60 tie rod

before anyone goes and says "use the search" i did, when thru about 10 pages and gave up.

i need to have a piece of dom cut and threaded and found a local guy to do it cheap.
the problem is i dont know what the dimensions would be if i used the TRE's ES2234R & ES2010L.

can some shed some light on the correct length, or tell me how to do it.

install just the TRE's on the D60
measure from the middle of the threads to the middle of the other. That will give you some adjustment in them if need be.

Center of tie rod hole to center of tie rod hole, then deduct 4 inches. That allows room for the jamb nut and some adjustment.
