Anyone know how much a Dana 60 weighs? I'm guessing around 500-550 pounds, but that's just a guess. TIA!!!

Your quite close in your estimate. About a year ago I emailed Boyce Equipment asking the same question. They replied about 500-525lbs for a complete frt D60, hub to hub.
I bought one locally, and it took three of us to wrestle it into the bed of my truck. It is heavy and awkward to lift.
