I found a set of ford SRW hubs on craigslist. I'm not thinking that they are the same as but the Chevy ones, but I don't know...

Ford hubs are shorter by about 5/8".

The later Dodge 89-92 D60's with internal style locking hubs have the correct length but the rotors are thinner and I'm not sure if they use 9/16" studs. (spindles and stub axles are the same on these)

i could have sworn i read a build thread on poirate a few years ago on how to use ford hubs dana 50ttb and dana 60 on gm/dodge . it involved a bearing race swap and mabye tiny bit of machine work .

TTB 50 hubs interchange with Ford 60's but I haven't heard about any way to use them on GM or Dodge axles. There's an inner race trick for axles having issues with the stub shaft rubbing on the locking hub dial but I think it only moves the hub outward 1/8".

Well, looks like a guy I know is capable of cutting down these dually hubs...

You need to use Ford spindles essentially to use ford hubs. That though comes with Ford stubs and if you don't want to redrill your spindle for 5 lug, you'd need a Ford knuckle. Then brakes. And lastly you'd have Ford parts on your truck.

Make sure there's a new wheel mount surface welded into the hub first and that beefed up. Just machining them down makes the wheel mount where only the rotor was intended to mount, there's a lot less material there than there would be on a true SRW hub.
