Explain what you mean by work.
If you are asking can you put it under the rear of your K5? Yes, but I'm sure spring pearches, shock tabs, U-joint/driveshaft and some brake modifications will be needed.

You will have to move the spring perches and shock mounts. Why bother with a rear 60 anyway?
