hi guys,

my cousin has brock is back axle for the second time in almost a year now... i was telling him to go out an buy a Dana 60 axle... can you guys tell me which trucks it can be found on???

he has a 89 chevy blazer

If he wants to change the rear axle, go with a 14 bolt.

Dana 60's are pretty rare under the rear end of Chevy's, so modifying a Dodge/Ford one will require some work. Plus dana 60 rear ends are much of an improvement over the 10 bolt he is breaking now. Dana 60 front ends are much stronger than dana 60 rear ends.

go with a 14 bolt lockers and disc brake conversions are cheep plus its super strong make sure its a full floater though

Oh yeah, full floating 14 bolts will be found under most 3/4 and 1 ton Chevy trucks from the early 70's to the early 2000's.
