Dana 60f/Dana 70 rear from Dodge in K20 or K30?

I've heard from some this is a straight foreward swap, has anyone actually done it? Any other things I need to do, steering arm, shock mount, spring perch mods, etc? I'm planning to do a Cummins conversion on either my '80 K20 or a SRW crew cab and have an entire donor truck. I'd like to keep the 3.54 diffs from my donor. Thanks for any help-Nick
