fwiw i used grade 8 bolts for mine. No issues with em coming loose after the 2nd initial torque down

The length of your bolts depends on the leaf pack. The more leafs, the longer the bolt and the less the shorter. Just have to measure once you know what leaf pack you're going with.

I got my D60 installed at a shop. I found the bolts on the casting side loose and couldn't get them to stay tight. Turned out the yokels at the shop put 9/16 where they should have been 5/8. I recently ran into the 9/16 thing again though, I had a guy try to tell me that my u-bolts should be 9/16 also but they're 5/8 on my axle.
I didn't know the Dodge ones are 9/16. I just measured and got some grade 8's at the hardware store too.
