Dana 70 ?

Anyone know if the ring and pinion out of a D70 found under a Cummins Ram will fit in my D70HD found in my '86 dually? I think the Dodge axle is the 70-3U or whatever it is. Might need the carrier as well...is that swappable.

I know 70 to 70 is ok just don't know about the 70HD.

Well, dug into it. Appears everything is the same except bearings. The HD has some BIG SOB's in there.
