Dang, dana 44 Flap tops are special

I just traded this guy in town a set of sand blasted dana 44 flat tops( that i did plan on running with my 10 bolt), and a sky manufactered high raised steering arm and stud kit. For this.

Ya its a dana 60, and i ended up trading the dana 44 parts and 300 bucks for the hole axle. Its not together yet and needs a ring a pinion. The guy i got it from already machined the drw hubs to srw hubs. I will probably sell these though and get some regular srw hubs, because i will still be driving the K5 a little on the street. I will probably end up getting new calipers too. Well know i'm finally on my way to have a 1 ton k5.

factory replacments are not that expensive. While it is apart take the rest of the $1000 you would have spent on it and put some Superior Chromos in it

Thanks for the complements. I plan on getting some sweet shafts and ctm u-joints. I dont plan on taking any short cuts when building up the 60 and the 14 bolt( when i can find one local for a good deal). It will take a while for the axles to be complete and put under for that they are at my home in nevada, and i am going to school in california.
