The poly tanks apparently aren't a direct replacement and the filler neck is short and exits directly behind the #4 body mount. So I read on Brian's post that you have to modify them to work. The thread is here:

Far as I know it's "stock" size, so what... 20 ish?
You can see how much I care at this point about this area of the truck
Today I made little/no progress. Slept like crap, drug myself out to the garage about 10, installed the crossmember (which I forgot to take pics of), hit my head on the bottom of the truck
Then proceeded to wrench my back doing pretty much nothing... Got out the little sandblaster and cleaned up the master/hydroboost and pedals. Did a quick spot job on the core support but it'll need replaced next time I tear the thing down so I'll just run with it for now. Got sprinkled on while blasting them, no big deal. Got done, wiped everything down started priming and it began sprinkling again. Waited for a bit, cleaned up some. No clouds anywhere around... So I re-wipe and start priming again. Literally JUST finished and it starts raining, hard, with no clouds in the sky. It was at that point that I got pissed and drug everything inside and said screw it.
hopefully tomorrow goes a little smoother

Fyi, a 1" body lift may work just as good as a heat gun for the tank.

I have a 1" on there, but its still kinda tight. I figure it'll be a pain if I dont do it...

That'll still help a lot and you wont have to bend the nozzle as far over.

Thats whay I figured. Now I just need to figure out where to get the filler hose from.
I was looking at trying some universal radiator hose that i saw in the back of a parts store. It had metal coil inside that let you bend it however you wanted without kinking the tube and was very very easy to bend. No fighting at all.
Just was not sure how radiator hose would do for fuel, but its not like the fuel will sit in there, just pass through.
i remember on colby's thread, he was going to do that in his old truck and someone advised him against it.

Yeah from what I've read it's findable but pretty expensive online. I'm hoping the local napa has some but I haven't checked yet.

I found and used some Marine grade rad hose for mine think it was 1 3/4". the guy at the shop said it should last a couple of years so I went with it.

Radiator hose is designed to hold water and not gasoline. Gas will eat away at untreated rubber over time and leak.

Yes you are absolutely right. But I chose the over time option seeing as I was running out of money at the time and even 1 year would get me by. That real gas hose is $$$$
I know you may not have access to the same number of suppliers out there, but I bought actual fuel grade hose from a local supplier here.

its been awhile, and I have a body lift, but I seem to remember having issues too. they hooked me up with a fuel hose that wouldn't collapse so I could bend it around.
see if you can find an industrial supplier.
I'll see what's around. Not holding my breath but I might get lucky out here.

Ok...what bits do you want? THe rust is not as bad as it looks on the light mounts. Cant say the same for the small bots/screws holding them on. One snapped when i was messing with it, so i quit while i was ahead. If its just the mounts you want then i figure a $10 flat rate box will be more than fine.
I can't remember if the mounts for mine were screwed up or not... So I'll take the mounts and the light assemblies from you. The wiring on mine was all chewed up/ghettofied. Shoot me a number and your paypal address and I'll getcha paid up. 
Btw that bumper is nicer than mine but I'm not paying to ship it...I'll just run what I've got till we're back in the real world
