My '73 K5 had the stock bracket off the np205 to the pass frame rail.
The np205 I got out of a '77 3/4 ton did not even have the holes drilled and tapped for the bracket. Grrrrr

My late 70's junkyard 465/205 combo does not have the hole drilled or tapped for the frame bracket. But, I plan on drilling the case for the bracket before I install in into my Burb since it has the factory bracket.
