Dash Change?

Yes it will , but it doesn't fit right at first . You have two choices :

1. wherever a hole is not for the clips , make one in dash .

2. remove clips that have no holes from dashpad , and use a screw through the ends that are hidden by the door closed into the side of dash metal to secure .

I did it on the truggy , 83 pad onto 77 dash . using method 2 since I don't really care for perfectness on a truggy .

Or if you really want to go all out, you could cut out the dash support and tack the newer style dash support in place of the old one, then everything will fit like a glove.

I don't think I want to go that far it is a 76 and the looks good outside but it is pretty rotten in the floor.I'm hoping to get a couple of years out of it snow plowing then get one with a big block that is in nice shape. A 76 in this area is rare.
