I'm trying to replace my worn out gauges on my 1986 Chevy K5 Blazer with new Auto Meter gauges, but frankly I have a lot of unknowns. I am attaching a picture to this thread. It's exactly what I am wanting to do (4 small gauges and 2 large). Here's what I need help with:

1.) What size are these gauges? They have to be a standard size, right? I'm I supposed to cut/trim the plastic plate to make these gauges fit? Or, will they drop right in?

2.) My Blazer is a 1986, and I don't know anything about how my current factory gauges get their signal from the fuel tank, etc. So, I don't know if I need to order new analog or digital gauges.

I'd appreciate any help you guys could send my way. My gauges are worn smooth out, and I need to replace them pdq.

For reference, those gauges in your pic are 2 5/8" and 5" gauges. While I did mine differently than the pic you posted you would have to cut the factory dash bezel in order to install the gauges like that. I even had to cut my bezel the way I mounted mine. Also you might want to use angle rings if you mount the gauges like that otherwise they are tilted towards the floor and harder to see.
