I just spent two hours changing the all the dash/instrument panel lights about two weeks ago, now the bast#*ds have burnt out again...checked the fuse and it was blown...changed it and they still dont work...before i spend more time and money to change all the bulbs again..I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what the hell is going on...???!!!!

OSunds like you have a short somewhere, you will need to follow the wires and see if there is a bare wire somewhere or a wire rubbing on a metal part.

Check the wiring to the stereo. If someone took the power/ground from the first wire(s) they found they could have found the interiour lights circut. Does the fuse first blow when the ignition is turned on, and does the lights work before you do this?

Had a similar problem a couple years ago. The Wiring circuit on the back of the instrument cluster was rubbing on a dash tab, it rubbed through the plastic coating and broke the connection. You can get a new circuit board, or, I had mine soldered back together, then I put some black tape over it. Bent the offending tab out of the way, all better.
