Dash lights ?

Is there any dash lights on your rigs that show when your rig is in 4WD ? I put a Np205 in a long time back and found on the top of it a plug which connects into a switch inside the Np205 , is this the one that goes to the dash panel ?

My 85 with a 208 has a light on the dash. I imagine that the 205 would also.

If I remember correctly, hmmm, my 85 used the plug in the Tcase for the lights ground. I think. It's no longer there though

my truck had a 203... and it had a light....

personally i dont care as that xfer is gone.. and so is that gauge cluster...

i know when im in 4wd!!!!

Does the little icon on the shifter console count? Or is that not even my 91, and am i having 94 flashbacks? Definitely don't have a dash 4x4 light on my 91

Have a dash light, or have a shifter icon thing on the shift console?

I took my dash apart for teh light mod, don't think there is a light.......but haven't driving it in 4wd for months, so i may have forgotten.

no lights other than the illuminating light for the shifter display position panel on the 4wd shift lever assy.

my 85 is the same as what's pictured (208)
I drove my truck like this for a couple months and the only thing that worked was the 4x4 light it's hiding there somewhere. You can see the wire on the floor going to the 4x4 shifter. What you don't see is the wire going to a connector on the Tcase. I pulled all that crap out.
