Dash pads?

I have used a newer dash face in my 77 and it sticks out 1/2" at the top of the dash comeing towards the driver. I think its out of an 80 or 81 if i was to get a dash pad for the 80 would it go into my 77? Do the clips line up? Or is it different all together.

but you can swap all the pads from 73-87,

It will go in, But 2 of the tabs may have to be removed or holes cut in dash. Also, the side screw(on passenger side) will have no place to go. My 73 and my 76 both have newer pads in them.

There were a couple for sale on the "for sale" board. I think they were both gray. BUT they can be painted with vinyl paint any color you like.

i have an 84 one im trying to rid of, aint perfect, but not all cracked up, its black, cant believe how hard it is to get rid of parts that used to be desireable not too long ago

I bought a factory leftover on e-bay for 250.00 never installed & it was my color too..There is a company that makes new dashes and there on e-bay too .
