How do I get to the speakers in the dash? I want to take them out because they are shot. I tryed reaching up through the bottom but theres some sort of wall blocking them.

You have to take out the dash pad, then you should be able to get to them fine.

Yeah, take off the dash pad and you can get to them easily, I run dual Alpine's up there and they sound great!

how do I take the pad out? I guess Ill be doing this soon. I need to get them out because they are shorting out and they make this awful popping sound. Sometimes they get so bad my alpine 6x9's go out.

It's not hard, just take off the aluminum guage bezel and there is a few screws across the bottom of the pad along the whole dash. It should then pop off.
