that'd be cool. I actually cant stand bright dash lights... I like em just barely bright enough to see the numbers. but I like the actual color you get from LED light. incandescent bulbs always look like a faded weird version of the color you want. reds look pink etc. ive been planning a gauge swap and wanted to do it the same way you did. so ill be copying it soon

I can't stand bright dash lights. That is why I went for blue LED's. Very nice on the eyes. I took pics. Hard to tell but the dim is barely there.

And you can see that I forgot to change the bulb behind the wiper plate. My bad. Also forgot the one behind the AC controls. Double my bad.

yeah I can see it looks different a little. I usually go with red cause its even easier on the eyes

+1 on the reddish orange being much better for your night vision....but that might require some white on the needle to keep it from getting lost in the color....

Looks good, I got everything to do it on my old 76 but never did before she died... and the dash in my 84 works but I may have to upgrade after seeing this.

Totally agree with this, the wife's BMW has orange interior lights and they are great.
