Can anyone look at my logs and tell me perhaps what's going on?
I've got cold weather start problems. Must keep foot on accelerator for 15sec so the bus doesn't die. During this time it smells very rich and nasty. I've replaced distributor, plugs, wires, tbi rebuild, timing adjusted correctly and many other things such as finding vacuum leaks fixing and no more to be found.

Help a brother read his datamaster's logs. What do I need to record? idle openloop/closed loop? Just one? Acceleration sweeps? Driving at certain speeds?

I also have terrible acceleration with this thing. Low RPM almost nothing as far as movement however once RPM increases above 2500 it seems to pickup much better.

Always loved ck5 for the help given and enjoy helping where I can as well. Thanks.

I've never used DataMaster so can't help there but if you get data posted I can read that for issues.

Startup, idle till warm, drive around doing a little of everything for data. Then till me what and approx when the issue is happening.

If you send me a pm, I'll exchange emails addresses to file share. I just need the .uni file

Maybe other CK5 members can assist with ideas why the data logs show the engine running rich? The DataMaster Histogram is an excellent tool to "See" if the engine is running rich / lean!

Bump. The above pic's from dave are of my log. Anyone have a reason it's running so rich? Return line is not clogged as I had hoped. my 91 has headers, tbi spacer, heated o2, K&N filter. I've also rebuilt the TB hoping to fix the problem and had no luck. Good spray pattern from the injectors. Could really use some CK5 help.

Even if the return line has 0 PSI your fuel pressure could still be high. What is it?

Now if it's 13 then I would say your aftermarket improvements have changed the fueling needs and you need a tuned chip for them.
