I'm considering buying a dead diesel. It's the military 6.2. The fella says that the last time it ran, it started, only after cranking quite a while, and quit immediately.
How can I figure out if it's vapor locked or what it might be?
Or, as I have an 89 gasoline driven one, in great shape, has anyone got a running but rotted diesel that I could use as a donor, for a full drivetrain swap?
