They have been discontinued and remaining stock can be had cheap.

I just bought a set for about $80 off regular price each tire. Check your favorite tire store. I got mine at Big O Tires.

Damnit! I am replacing the tires on the X in Feb(that is when they are budgeted in). I hope some of the stock holds out until then.

This has been going on for awhile. A friend of mine got some 33x12.50x15's for right at 400.00 several months ago from a Local No Name tire store. I would imagine that the supply is going to start getting pretty thin on them. Their supplier sold out within a month of the remaining stock they had and this was back in August.

I bought them in 32/11.5 and they rub my mudflaps just a bit.

GREAT TIRE buy em up if ya can. I need to get a spare still.

Off subject but are they being replaced with a new style? I had planned on running their 37's :(

Yep...the new model has Kevlar and a different tread design. There was a write up in one of the 4x4 mags a while back.

Well thats a good thing with the Kevlar. Anything that makes the Tire stronger IMO is good.

The Kevlar MTR's are sweet!

We run them on the brush trucks (for fighting wildland fires).

In this area there are tons of honeycomb rocks that just eat up tires.

The MTR's drive right over em!

And why didnt you mention it before? :doah:

By the time I found out about it they only had 31x10.50's left. They sold within the week I found out about them. I thought it was a local deal only until I saw the other post on here, as it wasnt uncommon for my local tire shop to get closeout deals on certain brands of tires.
