Went today to buy a argon/co2 tank for my welder. Was just going to get a little 20cu/ft one. They didnt have one. told the guy I only had like 130 to play with with. he looks up and finds someone left behind a 40 cu/ft one. Says it will cost 35 to fill it. Then he tells me he will sell me the tank for 75. it retailed for 174. So I got the bigger tank for less money. I was a happy camper.

I went to buy a co2 tank. They were out of regulators. Would have been about $250. Found an add on CL that night for a co2 tank. Went to look at it. Was way out of date. Talked him down to $20 from $40. Had a regulator on it. Took it to AirGas, had to wait a while for help. The guy apologized and buried my old yank in the back and gave me one for just the refill. No test fee. So $38 dollars into the tank and regulator.
