Dude, it's been a month since you confirmed you had my money order and I have yet to see even a tracking number. I'm filing a mail fraud claim on Thursday if I don't have a tracking number from you by 5pm tomorrow.

Sorry it came to this.

I left the same message on his voicemail earlier today.

He's registered over there, but he's only got a few posts. I posted this in the buyer/seller feedback section there too. I've been threatening to do this or do that for the past week, and it's come time to actually do something.

This is in no way any relation to me or Eastcoast-K5. I hope you get this scum what state is he in?

You can always go here http://www.ic3.gov/ *book em Danno!
The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).
IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local and international level, IC3 provides a central referral mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes

Metro, he's in Bear Creek, PA.

So which would yall recommend, the IC3, or USPS Mail Fraud claim? Or both? Never had to deal with this before.

BOTH the more the merrier.... The FBI and USPS on his grass. Bear Creek hmmm that don't look to far from Rausch Creek Park. You know some of us are going to Rausch on September 8th...........

 :hack: :grind: :1zhelp:

I just found his phone number on ck5, and called him. Said "is this Dan", he said yeah... I said, you need to look in the Garage on ck5, somebody is po'ed at you. he said "thanks, I'll check it out"... so he should be seeing this post fairly soon I would assume...

If you need, I can get ahold of him, I'm just about an hour from him, bought cut-outs from him, and picked them up at his place. I know that he isn't online that much anymore, PM'd him about something and took a couple weeks to get a reply.

I don't want you to have to drive an hour to get in touch with him. I don't think he's really trying to screw me, I think it's more that he's got a lot on his plate and I'm real low on his list of priorities.

Hopefully the USPS and FBI knocking on his door will light a fire under his ass. I'm tired of this ****.

BTW, 78Suburban, thanks for calling him :waytogo:
