It's not hard, if you get off of your soap box and think about it for a second.
I've no opinion as to whether or not the sentence was justly ruled. As I said earlier, likely, it was fitting to ban the guy.
My concern is for the image that the aftermath gives US as a community.
As an example, Manny, had made a lot of friends here. I always thought the dude was a little off, that said, the level of crap dealt out during but especially after the incident could turn some of the membership off, and quite easily, any potential paying members sitting on the fence with their $25 in their fists.
There is a growing lack of patience for the newer guys, an obviously increase of hostility, and a general theme of US vs THEM; not exactly welcoming. What is this highschool?
In the interest of the collective, MY opinion is that these sort of clowns be dealt with swiftly, silently, and by the Mods, not the self elected Sheriff(s).
