I have some springs that I would like about 2" less lift with anyone here ever dearch a set of springs? What problems could I expect? They are lift springs

two big concepts with arch. #1 is more arch the longer the leafs will be to get to the specific eye to eye spec. #2 is the oposet of #1

so knowing this you can go just a bit one way or the other. but to much will make them to far out of the eye to eye spec and wont work correctly. hope this helped.

I know the length issue and the trading springs thing is not so easy for me because my springs are from the rear end of a 94 Dodge half ton pickup. Even aftermarket springs in the height I want are upwards of 400 bones

The spring rate is almost too soft now. I am almost looking for something to get me by until I can afford coils up front. Would just be nice to get the heigth set before I start on the coil setup
