Death Wobble After Braking

I have been having some intense death wobble in the k5, I shimmed it with a fender washer on both sides and it was fine until the first time I hit the brakes even at speeds around 50. After the braking it shook violently around 25 or so. So I shoved another washer in both sides and it fixed it again till that first brake. What do you think it is? kingpins, sticky brakes...?

sounds like the rotors are warped and starting the dw.

I thought about that but why would shimming it make the wobble go away for awhile
