death wobble Dana 60

Have you added any fender washers to the kingpin spring? I had wobble from day one, added a washer to each side - it was gone. The kingpins were never meant to handle large, wide tires - sometimes they need a little help.
I have not. I wanted to check everything else first to make sure it's right; however, when all fails, I will start afro engineering. What is your caster set at? I am seeing where a lot are setting caster at 4 or 5 degrees positive to fix their issues.

Don't forget that the death wobble ONLY while braking could be warped rotors, if you don't have wobble at any other time, then it would seem logical to check the braking system first. Many a wobble has been caused by even slightly warped rotors when bolted to big fat tires. I would check that first, the caster reading you are at seems good-not bad enough to warrant doing a bunch of work for one degree more.

No clue on my caster, I've never checked it. 116/117" wheel base, pinion pointed just below tcase.

So back to the drawing board. I went the shop with the sub today, my caster is at 7.5* positive. Now I'm stumped again. Is it possible that the 1* will make that big of a difference?

Your caster is not the culprit here, it's about 8 degrees from the factory.
Less caster would make it more prone to DW

Did you check for cracks in your frame??? Not saying that is the problem, but I've seen it...

Frame is good. I got a ****ty TRE from ODR; however, they are sending me a new one (BTW, great company). Hopefully that puts the fix on it. Everything less is brand new. Going in to this, I thought that my disc brake conversion was going to be the big problem, man was I wrong.

Well I fixed the majority of the issue. Now it only does it if I have slight steering pressure to the left and brake applied, so I think it has to do with my toe in.
