i cant figure out whats causing the death wobbles

my trucks a 88 k5 with crossover I've gone through every thing and its all good i even got two new used tires it was a great deal ;) . :doah: this is driving me crazy the only thing i can think of is put dual steering stabilizers

please help,
thanks

Did you do have someone turn the wheel, while you watched for play?
Did you check that all tierod ends are in good condition?
Have you checked for symptoms of cracks behind the steering box?
Do you have worn shocks?
A worn steering stabilizer?
Bad wheel bearings?
Hubs stuck engaged?
Bad suspension geometry?
Bad spring eye bushings?

...

Now... After you say "No" to all of these;
Go back, and actually check them all.... :D

And, get the Bilstein 5100 Steering Stabilizer, for a 2000 F-350.
I'm running it, and after fixing the frame, it has helped tremendously. :D

thanks i havent checked the spring eye bushing or shocks i didnt think that would cause them and dont think it could be Bad suspension geometry i only have 4 in lift springs

Make sure your pitman arm is tight, mine looked tight, I put a 3/4 drive breaker on it and got it tight, I want to say I got another full turn on it. Took it for a test cruise and no more dw, and my truck has all new front end parts, etc.
