death wobble..

Oh boy! Suspension bushings, alignment, tires, bad stabilizer, loose u-bolts, too long of shackle, too long of springs, broken steering box mounts, loose rivots in the frame, broken shackle bolt!

Sorry, it's late and I tend to ramble when tired. Your problem is vague. You. Red to list suspension specs and so forth for anyone to help properly.

My simple way to diagnosis this is to simply take it to a shop and ask for an alignment. They'll put it on a rack and won't be able to do it and should give you a list of items to be fixed.

Voila, free diagnosis. :)

all the steering stabilizer does is help with bump steer and some what mask the issues of DW.

so, I pulled one bolt off of the steering stabilizer, And pushed the shock in.. It stayed in, didnt even budge.. so I guess I found my problem...
Uhhhh, nope. You just found out how a steering stabilizer works. Its just a double acting shock with no self return.
It pretty much stays where you put it.
Otherwise, it would cause the truck to try to go left or right all the time.

put the axle on jack stands with the tires on, grab a long prybar and see if you get play out of the knuckles (place between the c and the knuckle), then grab the tires at 12 and 6 oclock positions and try to get movement there, have a buddy sway the steering wheel back and forth about 4-5 inches apart while you watch for loose steering parts and cracks around the frame near steering box. Id check the tow with a tape measure as well.

well.. and also I failed to mention, that a couple days ago, My rear passenger tire had a big bubble on half the tire. and tread separated.. I replaced that tire.. now It's the same Deal with my Front passenger tire.. Big bubble and tread starting to separate.. Maybe I can just get by with some new tires...

or maybe its just an extra problem for me to worry about..

If you have tire separation you have to star there first. Tires are the number one cause of any front end vibration on any rig. The clicking noise is probably as the beast mentioned

FRAME CRACK!!!!

FRAME CRACK!!!!

you guys scared me saying frame crack, so I went out there and looked around the steering box etc.. where the "notorious" frame crack is..
I dont see any cracks.. so Hopefully its something easy.

but my next question is I need a Tire to get my truck rolling again, Till I can afford a New set of tires....
does this tire have DECENT tread on it, or is it done for, *Note my k5 will not see any Offroad/abuse at all Just DD*
