Decent 4\"x6\" lights?

I need to buy some 4" x 6" lights for my Warn Enforcer bumper.
I know squat about lights. Am I supposed to get a driving light or a fog light or a spotlight or what?
Can anyone recommend a decent brand/model? I saw some Procomp 4x6's at 4WPW, but again I don't know what I'm looking for.
I want decent lights, but don't want to spend big bucks. I guess a middle of the road.

Hella 550's. Good light for the price and pretty easy to find at local parts stores.
