Almost done with my floor so I’m shopping for mats. Title says it all. Don’t want to spring $90 for Weather Tech (I do have them in my daily driver), yet don’t trust the $10 discount store universal mats.

I’d like separate driver and passenger mats.

What are y’all using?

Selfishly bumping this, only because the floor will be done in a couple days and I want to get something on top of it. Shoulda maybe changed the title and left out the word winter.

Cabelas.
Naturally.
I picked these up in their Bargain Cave.
Someone brought them back without packaging.
Think I paid $40 something.
The Blazer kinda swallows them up.
But they do collect a lot of crud.
Jeeze i need to clean it out in there.

I want crud collecting type mats, thank you. I don't know where my nearest Cabela's is but I'd like to see them in person, think I can make that happen on my next trip to NY or MA. Thank you.

Berlin MA is probably the closest Cabelas to VT...
I've wanted to go there since they opened but so far haven't been up that way..(Its not far from my sister and brothers towns)..

I used some vinyl floor runner matting you can buy per the foot at home centers in my pickup, one big piece to do the whole cab floor from up the firewall about 6" ,up to the front of the seat...

I made it longer so the edges go up the kick panels a few inches so it'll trap water ..its easy to brush out snow or water...hard part was cutting the t-case shifter hole in the right spot..
My truck had factory carpet and that jute padding too,and I just laid the vinyl over it--that may not have been a good idea, the floor was pretty nice ,but after several years it must have sweated a lot under the rug and it surface rusted the floor, took a lot of the paint off..would have been better by itself like a rubber mat floor I think..
