OK I want to lift my Suburban, 89, 350Tbi, 700R4, NP241, 3.42s. The truck is driven almost daily and wont see any real hard off road driving, mostly playing in the mud. So keeping that in mind I wasn't going to go crazy. I was thinking 4 inch shackle flip in the rear and 4 inch springs up front. The problem im having is deciding on tire size. I don't know weather to go with 33s or 35s. Im on a budget and cant really afford to do any re-gearing, plus I just rebuild the rear-end last year. Any help/ideas would be great.

If not regearing, and not wheeling hard, i say 33's. They're cheaper, won't rub, won't cause you problems, won't kill your gearing completely.

I had 3.42 gears and didnt want to regear too.
Less than a week after mounting 35s, My gov bomb exploded :doah:.
Then I got 1 tons :D
here it is with 35s, and a lot less dents
