This morning I notice that when the front defrost is selected it only seems to blow out of the drivers side defroster slots in the top of the dash. Does anyone know if it is a separate vacuum switch for the passenger side or is it likely that the duct work below has come apart or something of those lines?

The two separate vents in the middle of the dash connect into one tube that runs into the heater box. Just one vacuum line controls that. It's come apart.

So I pulled the dash pad off and pulled, the driver side blows probably 30% beter than the passanger side. If I put a rang over the driver side the flow increases at the passenger side. I could not quite get to seeing where the duct work connected to the main heat plenum. It appears that the defrost vents are both molded and I assume they come together as one and connect to the plenum. I am wondering if the driver side is a straighter shot or closer to the blower. Is there any door or flap that could be restricting the flow
