Check 'em out. Complete with new centering pins.

When you made these did you relief cut one side to keep the pin from binding?

On 6,8 and 10* it is. 4* its hardly worth it. Looks like a scratch more than anything.

I can tell you from experience if the shim isn't cut with a flat perpendicular to the pin hole for the head of the pin to sit flat the pins will bend and break.

is there plans for degreed ez-inches?

We'll look into it. Our fixturing wasn't set up that way but perhaps we can make something work out with the shim fixturing.

6* are in stock and on the site.

10*, jig is complete and shims are now in stock, should be on the site today.

4 and 8's should also be compete tonight.

We ran out of time for the 4*'s tonight but the 8's are done, few in stock, and I'll have the website updated tonight!

How about pics of those D60 shim plates in #1455, 65, 75 and 85?

Same as pictured above. Just flip 'em over to set the spring plate back the other direction again.

I'll grab some better pics though.

Ok, yeah it makes sense. I was under the impression you made a one-off fancy plate for the top. Using a regular shim works fine.

Can you still machine the relief on the 4 degree shims for the bolt head to sit squarely? If so, I'm considering buying 4 shims if you can do the reliefs.

Yep, we went ahead and programmed all the relief cuts/counter bore to be done in the CNC mill so it only made sense to just go ahead and do the 4* as well.
