Delay wiper conversion

Anyone know how to complete the change for a non-intermitent, stock wiper setup? I have tried the local part stores, but no one carries a kit...

There is a way to buy a switch for cheap and wire it to the correct wiper motor, no kit needed. I have seen the post on here somewhere. Have you tried searching around the board?
