3/4 ton status
i have the 700r4 and alot of the times i`ll shift it into gear, and it wont actualy shift for another second or so, any ideas?

i know it sounds out there but if u mean its shifts and theres a pause where it kinda throws it to neutral then put in some lucas transmission fixed it fixed mine seriuosley it did

no thats not what i mean, i mean like if i`m in park, then shift it to reverse, theres like a pause, and then it goes into gear

mine does the same thing, when im in park and put it into reverse theres a pause then a CLUNK sound then a few cuss words... not sure if cussing will help it though........

Check the level VERY carefully. I know it's easy to be fooled sometimes but a level that's just a bit low can cause that.
Make sure you check your trans fluid in neutral also.
