I have the transfer case side, but not the frame side....
i have a brand new custom made copy of the little 2 hole bushing plate .
that gets you 2 of 3 . 3rd for frame side is the std angle iron peice you can make . then buy bushing set from energy suspension.

i had few with out the peice i have asked a friend to machine me 3 out. he come back with 5
so i had 2 extra the other way
