I wouldn't buy it cuz body lifts are stupid. Being from CA is a good thing depending on how long it has been in NJ.

I would run away for that price. Seems way high for a literal basket case. No telling what shadetree mechanic started the wiring and what issues you'll have with the cobbled together turbo set up. I'm not a dually expert or price watcher, but seems like you could do better for not much more money.
That's been for sale for ever. I'd say at least a year. It's cool looking but that's about it.
