Illinois you say When's the next time you are coming here? How long have you owned this truck? Ever tow with it?

I bought it to tow with about 6-8 months ago. Been using it the whole time, but the 700R4 that came with it didn't hold up even though it was a crate replacement from GM. I put the TH400 in it last month and have zero problems with it anymore. But with kids and dogs its hard to take everyone when we want to load up the horses and go so we bought a Suburban last week. I'm still using it but a K5 would work for what I need and have more interior room anyway.

I don't have a trip planned yet, but I do have a friend getting married in Cambridge, IL around July 17th. I'd be willing to drive the truck out if the buyer pays the fuel and I can buy my own return ticket.

Hey Muddybuddy...you get it to Illinois, I could maybe get it the rest of the way to VA. I'm sure you've seen my thread about the trailer - it's not too far from the southern tip of Illinois, and I have friends/family on the northern return loop (Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia).

Maybe a long shot, just throwing it out there.

thanks for the heads up man, unfortunately buying another truck has been pushed to the back burner for now
