I would try alumaseal before I lose all what I have done.
I had a block freeze plug leak sealed that way, as well as head gaskets on another engine.

Thanks Iceman, I looked that up and a few others. Decided to try K-Seal and it stopped instantly. Says it's permanent but we will see about that... Blazer runs great and has given me new hope. Thanks again!

Glad I could help you keep it at least until you use it enough to justify all the money you spent on it.
If it lasts a year or two it's worth it.
