Demon choke hook up

I have two tabs to wire the choke and need some advise as to where to best wire the tabs to? Its a 1975 Chevy blazer with sb 400. wiring is a mess but I now have a manual to try and make some sense of it. Butchered at least 3 times. Converted from stock to fuel injected 454 back to manual choke and carb sb 400. The former owner loved using butt connectors and odd sized wires. weee.

I am going to redo all the wiring with waterproof fittings but for now I just need to get it stabbed together.

Put a male 1/4 inch spade on a short wire with a ring on the other end , this is ground put it to female on choke , and choose whatever nearby bolt you choose .

Put a female 1/4 spade on a 12 volt switched wire and stick it to male on choke , this is power , probably use an inline fuse or fusible link and run the wire to an extra ignition port on fusebox .
