Does the Detroit for the 14bsf replace the carrier like the 10b versions, or just the spiders like the 14bff versions?

It replaces the whole carrier. Only the full float version gets the simple installation.

That's actually good news, since if was a guts swap I'd still need to replace the carrier anyways(I've got a gov-lock).

I want to add one to my 14sf, but it will probably wait until I get it in the Blazer and get some other work done, like paint and body work.
