i'm sure the ignition module sends a signal to the ecm then the ecm sends a signal to the injectors. when i had my problem, someone on this board told me to check my module and after studying the wiring diagram and reading about the ecm it did tell how they worked together.

Make sure you have power (and ground) to the ECM. You said 'no check engine light'. The ECM drives the fuel pump relay and if it's dead, so is the relay.
