For what? Need more info. And yes, they are out there and someone on here will have one.
What vacuum line are you talking about? Most vacuum lines for under the hood are on the core support.

Most of them. The majority were capped off when I bought the Blazer.
What year? Is there any diagrams on the core support in front of radiator?

It's an 89, there is not.
